French-Speaking Customer Service Representative (Pizza Orders)

About the role

Touchstone Communications is hiring a French-Speaking Customer Service Representative for a work-from-home position. You will be the first point of contact for customers, taking pizza orders by telephone and providing professional service in French and English. The role has a structured career path: Level 1 Order Taking, then Level 2 Customer Service, Level 3 Catering, and finally Level 4 Escalated Queue.

Key responsibilities

• Answer incoming calls promptly and professionally, mainly serving customers in French.
• Process pizza orders received by telephone and enter the details into the ordering portal.
• Capture special requests and identify upselling opportunities.
• Communicate with franchise stores and supervisors to support order fulfillment and issue resolution.
• Tell customers about menu items, promotions, payment options and delivery or pickup times.
• Handle customer questions and concerns courteously and efficiently.
• Keep up to date on menu changes, pricing, new offerings and promotions, and follow company policies.

Required profile

• Fluent spoken and written French; strong working English.
• Excellent verbal communication, active listening and customer service skills.
• Attention to detail and ability to handle several calls at once.
• Comfortable in a fast-paced environment, reliable and adaptable.

Required skills

• Computer literacy and ability to learn new software quickly.
• Personal laptop or desktop, stable broadband (at least 20 Mbps) with a backup connection, power backup, and professional headphones with a microphone.
• A dedicated, quiet workspace.
