Front Seller - Social Media & Creative Services

About the role

PulseNative is looking for a confident, driven and target-oriented Front Seller to sell its social media design and creative services to international clients. The role suits someone who understands creative services, communicates well with prospects and turns qualified conversations into sales. It is based in Karachi, on site, with working hours of 8:00 PM to 5:00 AM.

Key responsibilities

• Communicate with prospective international clients by call, chat, email and other sales channels
• Understand client needs for social media design and creative services and recommend suitable solutions
• Manage leads from first contact through follow-up, negotiation and closing
• Prepare and coordinate quotations, proposals and service packages
• Maintain a professional, consistent line of communication with prospects
• Manage the sales pipeline and work toward assigned targets
• Coordinate with the creative team on project scoping and keep records of leads, follow-ups and sales progress
• Build client relationships that lead to repeat business

Required profile

• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Confidence in client conversations, presentations, follow-ups and negotiations
• Ability to understand creative requirements and recommend suitable solutions
• Familiarity with social media marketing, branding, ad creatives and graphic design
• Sales and closing mindset; target-oriented and performance-driven
• Ability to handle multiple leads and follow-ups professionally
• Good organisational and interpersonal skills
• Previous experience in agency sales, SMM sales, digital or creative services is preferred; fresh graduates with strong communication skills and interest in sales are also encouraged to apply

What we offer

• Salary of PKR 60,000 to 80,000 per month plus performance-based commission
• Monthly sales target of $3,000 to $4,000
