Fronter / Cold Calling Agent

About the role

Ironclad Tech, a business process outsourcing company based in the Rawalpindi District of Pakistan, offers healthcare, insurance, AI voice and customer support services to global clients. It is hiring a full-time, on-site Fronter / Cold Calling Agent who initiates outbound calls to prospective and existing clients, introduces services, qualifies leads and schedules follow-ups for senior sales or account management teams.

Key responsibilities

• Manage call lists, follow scripts and compliance guidelines, and update CRM or call tracking systems
• Record call outcomes accurately and handle basic inbound inquiries, escalating complex issues as needed
• Meet call volume and conversion targets while representing the company's values

Required profile

• High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in business, communications or related fields is an advantage
• Previous experience in cold calling, telemarketing, customer support or BPO is preferred but not strictly required
• Availability to work full-time on-site shifts in the Rawalpindi District and willingness to work with international clients and varying time zones

Required skills

• Clear spoken English, active listening and quick rapport building
• Customer service and sales support skills, including objection handling and lead qualification
• Familiarity with CRM or call center software, data entry accuracy and comfort with AI-augmented calling tools
• Time management, resilience and adherence to scripts and compliance standards
