About the role

The Fuel Station Customer Service Associate will be the front‑line representative at our petrol pump in Gujranwala. You will ensure smooth fuel dispensing, handle cash and electronic payments, and provide friendly service to every customer.

Key responsibilities

• Greet customers warmly and respond promptly to their fuel and service needs.
• Operate pump controls safely, delivering the correct amount of fuel and recording transactions accurately.
• Handle cash and electronic payments securely, issue receipts, and maintain daily sales records.
• Monitor fuel inventory levels and report shortages or issues to management.
• Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the pump area to ensure a safe environment.
• Adhere to all safety regulations and company policies.
• Provide information about fuel types, prices, and promotions.
• Work 12‑hour shifts according to the monthly holiday schedule.
• Demonstrate reliable attendance to qualify for attendance‑based bonuses.
