Full Stack Engineer (MERN Stack)

About the role

We are looking for a Full Stack Engineer to join a fast‑growing tech company that builds scalable web applications used by thousands of users daily. You will work in a small, senior engineering team where your decisions on architecture have real impact.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain full‑stack features using MongoDB, Express.js, React, and Node.js.
• Own features end‑to‑end, from API design to frontend implementation.
• Build responsive, component‑driven UIs in React.
• Design and optimise MongoDB schemas and queries.
• Integrate third‑party services, payment systems, and external APIs.
• Participate in code reviews and help define engineering standards.
• Debug production issues and see them through to resolution.

Required profile

• 3+ years of hands‑on MERN stack experience in a professional setting.
• Strong understanding of JavaScript (ES6+) and asynchronous patterns.
• Experience with Redux or similar state‑management libraries.
• Familiarity with REST API design principles.
• Proficiency with Git and comfort working in agile environments.
• Ability to work independently and communicate clearly in English.
