About the role

We are seeking a Full Stack Engineer with strong hands‑on expertise in React.js and Java/Spring Boot to build scalable, high‑performance applications and own features end‑to‑end.

Key responsibilities

Develop high‑performance applications using React.js and Java/Spring Boot.
Design scalable systems focusing on performance, distributed architecture, and reliability.
Own features from development through testing, deployment, and production support.
Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to improve architecture and code quality.

Required profile

7+ years of experience in full‑stack development.
Strong problem‑solving, communication, and end‑to‑end feature ownership skills.

Required skills

React.js, frontend architecture, reusable components, performance optimization.
Java, Spring Boot, REST APIs, backend service development.
System design, scalability, distributed systems, concurrency, caching, reliability.
Database integration, software architecture, design patterns, automated testing, debugging, production support.
WebSockets/WebRTC, real‑time application development.
Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD pipelines, cloud deployments.
Grafana, monitoring, observability tools (a plus).
