Full Stack Product Engineer

About the role

Ajaia is seeking a Full Stack Product Engineer to design, build, and scale AI‑forward products across the entire product lifecycle, from ideation to deployment.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain full‑stack web applications and product features.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate customer needs into technical solutions.
• Own projects from concept through production deployment.
• Work with design, product, and engineering teams to create intuitive user experiences.
• Develop scalable backend systems, APIs, and data models.
• Build responsive, performant, and accessible front‑end experiences.
• Participate in product strategy discussions and contribute improvement ideas.
• Troubleshoot production issues and continuously improve reliability and performance.

Required profile

• 1‑5 years of experience in product or digital design roles with a strong portfolio.
• Product‑mindset focused on solving customer problems.
• Self‑starter with a bias toward action and ability to drive projects independently.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Experience building software applications through personal projects, startups, open‑source, internships, or professional products.
• Comfort working across both front‑end and back‑end systems.
• Curiosity, adaptability, and eagerness to learn new technologies.

Required skills

• Full‑stack web development (frontend and backend).
• API design and implementation.
• Responsive and accessible UI development.
• Understanding of security, privacy, and compliance in regulated environments.
• Experience with AI‑enabled or data‑driven applications is a plus.
