Fundraising Manager

About the role

The Fundraising Manager will lead the end‑to‑end operations of the fundraising department, driving sustainable resource mobilisation through corporate partnerships, institutional grants, individual giving, international chapters and strategic collaborations. This role oversees the donor lifecycle, fundraising campaigns, events and long‑term relationship building with donors and partners.

Key responsibilities

• Lead day‑to‑day fundraising operations and implement annual fundraising plans aligned with organisational targets.
• Monitor performance, pipelines and KPIs, providing timely reports to senior leadership.
• Manage the complete donor journey from prospecting to stewardship, ensuring accurate records and timely acknowledgements.
• Oversee corporate outreach, high‑net‑worth individuals, non‑government grants, international chapters and business development streams.
• Plan and execute fundraising events, donor appreciation initiatives and engagement campaigns.
• Lead business development to grow earned income from textile products and wheelchairs, supervising the sales team and identifying new markets.
• Develop and manage strategic partnerships across corporate, academic, retail and development sectors.
• Coordinate with international chapters to align fundraising strategies globally.
