Fundraising Manager

About the role

LAMHA Foundation, a registered non-profit in Pakistan focused on education, skill development and youth empowerment, is looking for a Fundraising Manager. The role leads donor engagement, corporate fundraising and resource mobilisation. It is a full-time, on-site position in Lahore involving regular contact with business leaders, philanthropists, corporate executives and institutional stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute fundraising strategies to meet fundraising objectives and revenue targets.
• Identify and cultivate relationships with high-net-worth individuals, philanthropists and major donors.
• Establish corporate partnerships through CSR initiatives with corporations, banks and institutions.
• Arrange and run donor meetings, corporate presentations, campus visits and fundraising events.
• Lead individual giving, major donor cultivation and annual fundraising campaigns.
• Prepare sponsorship proposals, partnership presentations and donor communications.
• Maintain donor records, track fundraising performance and prepare periodic progress reports.
• Represent the Foundation at corporate meetings, networking events and professional gatherings.
• Ensure transparent, ethical fundraising and professional donor stewardship.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Social Sciences, Communications, Nonprofit Management or a related field.
• At least 3 years of relevant experience, preferably in fundraising, donor relations, CSR partnerships, business development or the nonprofit sector.
• Proven ability to acquire donors, build strategic partnerships and run fundraising campaigns.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, negotiation and presentation skills; able to engage senior executives and high-profile stakeholders.
• Proficiency in English and Urdu, with excellent verbal and written communication.
• Willingness to attend external meetings, donor visits and events across Lahore and surrounding areas.
