About the role
The Gateway Operations Agent ensures that inbound and outbound shipments are processed accurately and on time within DHL's global network. You will work in a fast‑paced environment, handling parcels and freight while maintaining high standards of safety and quality.
Key responsibilities
- Process inbound and outbound shipments according to DHL procedures.
- Load and unload shipments safely and efficiently.
- Scan items and update shipment status in operational systems.
- Monitor shipment flow, report discrepancies or delays, and ensure timely movement within the gateway network.
- Handle shipments with care to prevent damage or loss.
- Follow all operational, safety, and quality standards.
Required profile
- Minimum Intermediate clearance with 1‑2 years of experience in gateway or logistics operations.
- Ability to collaborate with internal and external stakeholders.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
