Gateway Operations Agent - Security

About the role

As a Gateway Operations Agent – Security you will ensure that shipments are processed safely, on time and in full compliance with aviation security standards and DHL procedures. You will be part of a highly customer‑centric team that connects people worldwide.

Key responsibilities

• Screen and process shipments according to aviation security and DHL guidelines.
• Load and unload shipments safely, meeting flight departure cut‑offs.
• Handle shipments with care to avoid damage, loss or security breaches.
• Scan, sort and accurately process shipments.
• Report any discrepancies, damages, shortages or security incidents.
• Maintain accurate operational records and monitor shipment inventory.
• Support customs and security compliance for all shipments.
• Respond to shipment‑related inquiries from internal and external stakeholders.

Required profile

• Minimum Intermediate security clearance.
• 1‑2 years of experience in gateway or similar operations.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to work collaboratively with internal and external partners.
