General Manager – Engineering Consultancy

About the role

M.E.Consult (Pvt.) Ltd. is seeking an experienced General Manager to steer its engineering consultancy operations. The role combines strategic leadership, business development, and hands‑on project oversight to drive growth and deliver high‑quality engineering solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee all office operations and engineering consultancy activities.
• Lead business development initiatives and nurture client relationships.
• Plan, coordinate, and ensure timely delivery of projects across electrification, high‑rise buildings, grid stations, transmission lines, and MEP design.
• Identify and develop new business opportunities while maintaining strong ties with consultants and stakeholders.
• Manage multidisciplinary engineering teams, ensuring quality standards and project timelines are met.
• Coordinate with clients, authorities, contractors, and other stakeholders to facilitate smooth project execution.
• Support the company’s strategic growth and expansion plans.

Required profile

• B.Sc. in Electrical Engineering or Mechanical Engineering.
• 15–18 years of relevant professional experience in office management, operations, project management, and business development.
• Proven experience in external electrification design for housing schemes, high‑rise building projects, grid stations, transmission lines, and MEP design projects.
• Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and multidisciplinary teams effectively.
