General Manager

About the role

Outstaff Solutions is seeking a full‑time General Manager to lead its on‑site operations in Karachi. The role focuses on driving performance across recruitment, onboarding, and HR delivery teams while supporting the company’s rapid growth and client‑focused strategy.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee day‑to‑day operations, ensuring recruitment, onboarding and HR delivery meet performance, quality and service level targets.
• Manage and develop team leads, set clear goals, monitor KPIs and implement process improvements for scalable operations.
• Collaborate with senior leadership on strategic planning, budgeting and resource allocation.
• Define and refine policies, workflows and best practices across the organization.
• Maintain regular communication with key clients and internal stakeholders to resolve issues, support growth initiatives and ensure high customer satisfaction.

Required profile

• Proven experience in operations or general management, preferably within BPO, staffing, outsourcing or a similar services environment.
• Strong leadership and people‑management skills, including coaching, performance management and team development.
• Solid understanding of business operations, budgeting and KPI‑driven decision making.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management abilities across functions and cultures.
• Demonstrated capability to design, implement and refine efficient processes.
• Comfort with data analysis and using metrics to track performance and identify improvement opportunities.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management or a related field; advanced degree or relevant certifications are a plus.
• Experience working with international clients or remote teams is advantageous.
• Willingness to work on‑site in Karachi full‑time and thrive in a fast‑paced, growth‑oriented environment.
