General Worker – Packaging

About the role

You will support day‑to‑day packing operations at GSK's Pakistan facility, collaborating with operators, engineers and quality colleagues to keep production safe, reliable and efficient. The role offers on‑site learning, clear growth paths and the chance to contribute to a global biopharma mission.

Key responsibilities

• Execute tasks according to the plan provided by supervisors or area management.
• Carry out operations in blistering, blowing, filling, packing and quarantine areas.
• Ensure quality and EHS compliance by following QMS and EHS standards.
• Perform area/line clearance, changeovers and in‑process checks as required.
• Maintain all relevant production and packaging records and documents.
• Operate machines, support production and complete assigned tasks on time.
• Follow SOPs daily and ensure area readiness per standard compliance requirements.

Required profile

• Minimum DAE or graduate with relevant experience.
• At least 2 years of experience in manufacturing, packaging or an industrial environment.
• Ability to read and follow written procedures and basic technical instructions.
• Comfortable using hand tools and basic production equipment.
• Reliable attendance and willingness to work on‑site shifts.
• Basic spoken and written Urdu or English to follow procedures and report issues.
