General Worker – Packaging Operations

About the role

You will support day‑to‑day packing operations at GSK's Pakistan facility, working closely with operators, engineers and quality teams to keep production safe, reliable and efficient. The role offers on‑site learning, clear growth paths and the chance to contribute to the company’s mission of uniting science, technology and talent.

Key responsibilities

• Execute daily plans and tasks as directed by the area manager or supervisor.
• Perform blistering, filling and packing activities while ensuring equipment runs smoothly.
• Coordinate with engineering to maintain machines and resolve technical issues.
• Manage line operations, including breaks, and maintain accurate production records in compliance with SOPs.
• Support other functions with assistance and good customer service.
• Ensure area readiness and compliance with standard requirements.

Required profile

• Minimum DAE qualification or equivalent experience.
• At least 2 years of experience in manufacturing, packaging or an industrial environment.
• Ability to read and follow written procedures and basic technical instructions.
• Comfortable using hand tools and basic production equipment.
• Reliable attendance and willingness to work on‑site shifts.
• Basic spoken and written Urdu or English.
