Global Certification Associate

About the role

The Global Certification Associate will manage certification processes and shipping documentation to ensure compliance with destination‑specific requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and process CoC, CNCA‑related documentation, ECTN/CTN, and other destination‑specific certifications.
• Coordinate with third‑party inspection agencies such as SGS, Bureau Veritas, Intertek, and Cotecna.
• Handle Bill of Lading verification, amendments, and related shipping documentation.
• Liaise with overseas agents, shipping lines, and inspection agencies to ensure timely certification.
• Verify shipment documents for compliance with destination‑country requirements.
• Track applications, follow up on pending approvals, and maintain accurate records.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Logistics, or a related field.
• Experience in freight forwarding, shipping documentation, or certification processing.
• Knowledge of B/L, ECTN/CTN, CoC, and international shipment documentation.
• Strong coordination, communication, and follow‑up skills.
