About the role

We are seeking a Remote Global Mobility Specialist to support a leading AI company in training next‑generation models. This contract position leverages your expertise in employee travel, cross‑border movement, and crisis management to create high‑quality data that shapes AI behavior.

Key responsibilities

• Design, draft, and review structured rubrics for AI training on employee travel and cross‑border scenarios.
• Synthesize complex mobility data and workflows into clear, actionable tasks for AI assessment.
• Collaborate with HR, security, and communications teams to align AI inputs with organizational protocols.
• Develop and maintain expertise in global mobility management, crisis management, and incident response.
• Analyze mobility data to inform business continuity planning and related decisions.

Required profile

• Proven experience in global mobility management, including policy development and implementation.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities to translate complex data into usable AI inputs.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for cross‑functional collaboration.
• Experience in crisis management and incident response with a solid understanding of business continuity.
• Self‑motivated, able to work autonomously in a fast‑paced environment.
