Global Mobility Specialist – Remote

About the role

We are seeking a Global Mobility Specialist to support international employee relocations and assignments on a contract basis. This remote position works with a leading technology, information and internet company, ensuring seamless cross‑border moves for its global workforce.

Key responsibilities

• Advise employees and managers on immigration requirements, work permits and visa processes for multiple countries.
• Coordinate with legal, tax and HR teams to maintain compliance with global mobility regulations and internal policies.
• Design and implement cost‑effective relocation packages tailored to destination countries.
• Monitor changes in international tax laws and immigration policies, updating internal guidelines as needed.
• Provide guidance on cultural considerations and best practices for international assignments.

Required profile

• Proven experience in global mobility, international assignments or relocation services.
• Strong knowledge of immigration laws and visa procedures across several jurisdictions.
• Familiarity with international tax compliance, tax equalization and shadow payroll processes (preferred).
• Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management abilities.
