Global Roaming Coordinator Executive

About the role

The Global Roaming Coordinator Executive will drive the operational execution of roaming rollout plans across the region. Working closely with international partners and internal teams, you will ensure seamless onboarding, testing, and launch of roaming services while maintaining accurate documentation.

Key responsibilities

• Establish and maintain communication with roaming partners.
• Support negotiation and coordination of International Roaming Agreements (IRAs).
• Coordinate testing and launch activities according to rollout schedules.
• Monitor progress, identify risks or delays, and escalate issues as needed.
• Maintain up‑to‑date data and status in roaming management tools.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional and international teams to resolve operational issues.

Required profile

• 2‑4 years of mobile roaming experience, primarily in coordination tasks.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in engineering, business, economics, or related field (or equivalent practical experience).
• Familiarity with roaming rollout lifecycle and basic mobile network concepts.
• Experience working with international stakeholders and partners.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools.
• Experience using Microsoft Teams and SharePoint for collaboration.
• Knowledge of IREG and/or TADIG processes (preferred).
• Basic technical understanding of mobile networks and roaming services.
