Go-to-Market (GTM) Manager

About the role

LinenTech is seeking a full‑time Go‑to‑Market (GTM) Manager to lead the launch and adoption of its SaaS solutions for commercial laundry businesses. Based on‑site in Lahore, you will shape market entry strategies, define target segments, and work closely with product, sales and marketing teams.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and execute go‑to‑market strategies for new and existing products.
• Conduct market, competitor and customer‑segment analysis to inform positioning.
• Collaborate with product, sales, marketing and customer‑success teams to create launch plans and messaging.
• Develop sales enablement materials, campaigns and value propositions that drive adoption.
• Track performance metrics, optimize initiatives and gather feedback for continuous improvement.

Required profile

• Proven experience in GTM planning, product positioning and launch execution for SaaS or technology products.
• Strong analytical mindset with ability to use market research, segmentation and competitive analysis for data‑driven decisions.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Management or related field; advanced degree or certifications are a plus.
• Ability to work on‑site in Lahore, manage multiple initiatives and thrive in a fast‑paced, growth‑oriented environment.
