About the role
We are looking for a dedicated Grade 1 Homeroom Teacher to join our Girls Campus in Lahore. The successful candidate will deliver a balanced curriculum covering English, Mathematics, Science and Social Studies to a class of young learners.
Key responsibilities
- Plan and deliver daily lessons across core subjects, adapting to diverse learning needs.
- Assess student progress and provide feedback to students and parents.
- Coordinate co‑curricular and extracurricular activities to support holistic development.
- Maintain a safe, inclusive classroom environment and apply child development and behavioural strategies.
- Collaborate with fellow teachers and school staff to enhance the learning experience.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Education or related field.
- Minimum two years of experience in lesson planning and classroom teaching.
- Strong communication skills and proactive approach to parent engagement.
- Ability to work effectively within a team.
- Understanding of child development principles and behavioural management.
