Graphic Designer & Tech Pack Designer – Screen Printing

About the role

We are seeking a dedicated Graphic Designer / Tech Pack Designer for our apparel manufacturing facility in Gajju Matta, Lahore. This full‑time, on‑site position focuses on creating production‑ready artwork and comprehensive tech packs for screen‑printed garments, not on social‑media design.

Key responsibilities

• Develop complete tech packs for hoodies, t‑shirts, sweatsuits, jackets, shorts, and other apparel items.
• Prepare print‑ready artwork and perform accurate screen‑print colour separations.
• Coordinate with the Screen Printing Master to obtain production approvals.
• Collaborate with sales support and overseas customers on artwork revisions and approvals.
• Manage design corrections and production changes swiftly to meet deadlines.
• Ensure all artwork sent to production is technically correct and meets specifications.

Required profile

• Proficient in Adobe Illustrator and Adobe Photoshop.
• Strong knowledge of the screen‑printing process, including halftones, colour separations, puff‑print artwork, gradients, and print sizing.
• Excellent English communication skills for interaction with overseas clients.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Responsible, serious about work, and able to operate independently.
• Prior experience in apparel manufacturing or screen‑printing environments is preferred.

What we offer

• Salary of PKR 90,000 per month.
• Full‑time schedule: 9 AM – 6 PM, six days a week.
