Grid Manager – Commercial North

About the role

The Grid Manager will oversee all key performance indicators for sales, revenue, business development and network utilization within the assigned grid. Reporting to the Regional Sales Manager, the role focuses on driving 3G/4G sales, expanding channel reach and ensuring excellent customer experience.

Key responsibilities

• Drive revenue growth from 3G/4G and handset sales by establishing new smartphone shops and enhancing existing retailer performance.
• Expand channel activities (SIM selling, VAS, MNP, mobile broadband, postpaid) by identifying high‑potential areas.
• Manage end‑to‑end complaint handling, CSI monitoring and overall customer experience at franchise locations.
• Coordinate trade marketing, BTL activities and product visibility to boost brand awareness in the territory.
• Identify untapped market areas, guide BDOs on sales routes and submit accurate sales forecasts for SIMs, scratch cards and recharges.
• Train and supervise staff and retailers, ensure stock availability and maintain compliance with SOPs and trade promotions.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree.
• 5 to 7 years of experience in sales, telecom or related commercial roles.
