Group Head of HR Transformation & Projects

About the role

The Group Head – HR Transformation & Projects will lead strategic HR initiatives that drive digitisation, process optimisation, performance management and organisational effectiveness across PARCO. Working closely with HR leadership, business partners and IT, you will translate strategic priorities into actionable projects that enhance employee experience and operational efficiency.

Key responsibilities

• Support execution of the HR transformation roadmap and strategic initiatives.
• Coordinate cross‑functional HR projects related to digitisation, automation, workforce planning and organisational effectiveness.
• Review and improve HR processes to boost service delivery and employee experience.
• Implement and continuously enhance HR technology platforms, including SAP SuccessFactors.
• Lead change‑management and user‑adoption activities for transformation initiatives.
• Administer and enhance the Performance Management Process, calibration and PIP frameworks.
• Support job analysis, role architecture, grading exercises and organisational structure reviews.
• Assist in succession planning, talent reviews, workforce analytics and capability assessments.
• Prepare HR dashboards, reports and people‑analytics to inform decision‑making.
• Develop project documentation, business requirements, SOPs, user guides and implementation plans.
• Monitor project timelines, risks and deliverables, recommending continuous‑improvement solutions.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Management or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
• Minimum 8 years of progressive HR experience with exposure to HR transformation, HR projects, HRIS, performance management, organisation development or HR operations.
• Proven experience delivering HR technology implementation projects.
