Group Head of Rewards & Compensation

About the role

PARCO is seeking a seasoned professional to lead its Rewards function across the group. The Group Head Rewards will shape compensation strategy, oversee benefit programs, and ensure alignment with business objectives in a large, multi‑subsidiary energy conglomerate.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and process salary increments, adjustments and revisions in line with performance outcomes and coordinate with Finance for timely disbursements.
• Design and administer annual and performance‑based bonus payouts, ensuring accurate calculations based on scorecards and individual achievements.
• Conduct compensation and benefits surveys, analyse market data and proactively review pay structures to maintain competitiveness.
• Develop compensation packages for new hires, ensuring internal parity and adherence to the organisation’s compensation philosophy.
• Review and recommend enhancements to terminal and ongoing compensation practices based on emerging trends.
• Prepare HR‑related budgets (REVEX, CAPEX, Salaries & Allowances) with detailed waterfall analysis.
• Lead reward communication sessions to foster transparency and understanding among employees.
• Serve as the primary interface for HR Business Partners on all compensation and benefits matters and contribute to Board‑level presentations.

Required profile

• Minimum 16 years of education in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration or related discipline.
• ACCA qualification preferred; MBA in Finance considered an advantage.
• 10+ years of progressive HR experience, including at least 3 years in Rewards Management, Compensation & Benefits or Performance Management within a large corporate group.

Required skills

• Hands‑on experience with HRIS/HCM systems – preferably SAP HCM, SAP FICO and SuccessFactors.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint for data analysis and Board‑level presentations.
