Growth Marketer - Acquisition

About the role

TheSkinFit is an online store in Pakistan selling original skincare, cosmetics and beauty products from well-known brands. It is looking for a full-time, on-site Growth Marketer focused on acquisition, based in Karachi. The role plans, runs and optimizes customer acquisition campaigns across digital channels, with a strong emphasis on performance marketing and measurable results.

Key responsibilities

• Design and test growth strategies and run growth experiments
• Manage paid and organic channels to drive lead generation for the online store
• Analyze marketing and web analytics data and identify ways to improve acquisition funnels
• Collaborate with creative and product teams on campaign assets
• Report on key performance metrics
• Conduct market and audience research and refine tactics to maximize ROI and customer lifetime value

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Data Analytics or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
• Proven skills in Growth Marketing and Growth Hacking, with experience designing and running data-driven acquisition experiments
• Hands-on experience in lead generation, including paid search, paid social and other performance channels
• Experience in e-commerce or beauty/skincare brands is a plus

Required skills

• Marketing analytics and web analytics, including dashboard building and campaign optimization
• Digital marketing fundamentals: funnel optimization, conversion rate optimization and A/B testing
• Proficiency with tools such as Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads and marketing automation platforms is highly beneficial
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
