Social Media Marketing Manager - Healthcare

About the role

This role suits a creative, culturally attuned digital storyteller who turns complex medical information into engaging, accessible and compliant social media content. The position blends creative visual design with data analysis to build healthcare brands, and requires 3+ years of experience managing corporate or brand social media channels, preferably in healthcare, wellness or highly regulated pharmaceutical sectors.

Key responsibilities

• Manage multi-channel social media calendars and execute content plans across Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn and TikTok.
• Create visual assets and edit video content using Canva, Adobe Creative Cloud and CapCut.
• Oversee daily community management: answering user inquiries, moderating comments and building a supportive online community.
• Analyse campaign performance with Google Analytics and Meta Business Suite and produce weekly and monthly reports.
• Use AI copywriting and brainstorming tools such as ChatGPT to scale content while keeping the brand voice consistent.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, Public Relations, Healthcare Administration or a related field.
• Proven track record of organic and paid social strategies that grew audiences, engaged communities and improved brand sentiment.
• Experience collaborating with marketing, PR and clinical teams.
• Nice to have: familiarity with HIPAA and FDA advertising rules, crisis communication experience, and a portfolio of healthcare campaigns, designs and copy.
