About the role

Ocean Dream PK is seeking a Growth Marketing Manager to drive brand scaling, generate high‑quality inquiries, and build robust lead‑generation systems. The role focuses on digital growth, performance marketing, and turning marketing efforts into measurable business results.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, manage, and optimize Meta advertising campaigns.
• Generate inquiries, private‑event leads, corporate bookings, and overall customer growth.
• Build and maintain customer databases, lead‑tracking systems, and retargeting audiences.
• Collaborate closely with sales and creative teams to improve conversion flow and campaign performance.
• Identify new marketing opportunities, partnerships, and growth strategies.
• Enhance campaign performance, lead quality, and overall marketing efficiency.
• Assist with CRM organization, customer segmentation, and follow‑up systems.
• Track campaign performance, report insights, and pinpoint optimization opportunities.
• Support event promotions, seasonal campaigns, and brand‑growth initiatives.

Required profile

• Experience with Meta Ads Manager and managing digital marketing campaigns.
• Strong understanding of lead generation, customer acquisition, and retargeting systems.
• Excellent organizational, analytical, and communication skills.
• Ability to work with databases, reports, spreadsheets, and marketing systems.
• Self‑driven mindset with strong initiative and problem‑solving ability.
• Experience in hospitality, lifestyle, entertainment, or experience‑based marketing is a plus.

What we offer

• Salary range PKR 75,000 – 90,000 per month
• Full‑time onsite schedule: Monday‑Saturday, 10 AM – 6 PM
