About the role
We are seeking a data‑driven Growth Marketing Manager to accelerate our business growth across the entire customer lifecycle. The role will lead experimentation, funnel optimisation and cross‑functional collaboration to boost acquisition, activation, retention and revenue.
Key responsibilities
- Own and optimise the end‑to‑end growth funnel, from acquisition to retention and monetisation.
- Design and execute growth experiments across paid, organic, product and lifecycle channels.
- Analyse user behaviour, funnels, cohorts and performance metrics to uncover growth opportunities.
- Collaborate closely with Product, Engineering, Design and Data teams to improve user experience and conversion.
- Lead A/B testing initiatives on landing pages, onboarding flows, messaging and campaigns.
- Develop scalable growth strategies grounded in insights, experimentation and data.
- Track and report on growth KPIs including activation, retention, LTV, churn and revenue impact.
Required profile
- Proven experience in growth marketing, digital marketing or a similar role.
- Strong analytical mindset with hands‑on experience in experimentation and funnel optimisation.
- Solid understanding of paid, organic and lifecycle marketing channels.
- Ability to work cross‑functionally in a fast‑paced, test‑and‑learn environment.
- Excellent problem‑solving and communication skills.
