About the role
ReBiz is looking for a highly organized, results‑driven Growth Marketing Manager to lead demand‑generation initiatives for multi‑unit retail operators across the United States. Reporting to the VP of Marketing, you will design, execute, and optimise multi‑channel campaigns that generate Sales Qualified Leads and grow the sales pipeline.
Key responsibilities
- Develop end‑to‑end demand‑generation campaigns, including audience segmentation, channel selection, messaging, offers and success metrics.
- Manage outbound email, LinkedIn outreach, LinkedIn Ads, Google Ads, content syndication, webinars, virtual events, retargeting and list‑based marketing programs.
- Own outbound email infrastructure – domain setup, deliverability monitoring, warm‑up, sequencing and optimisation.
- Design and run structured tests on messaging, offers, audiences, channels and calls‑to‑action.
- Maintain HubSpot CRM: segmentation, lead tracking, scoring, routing, nurturing and lifecycle management.
- Document campaign assets, timelines and performance metrics; collaborate with content and design teams.
- Monitor and report on SQLs, cost per lead, conversion rates and other key marketing metrics.
Required profile
- Professional fluency in English.
- Proven experience managing demand‑generation programs across outbound, paid media, content marketing and account‑based marketing.
- Strategic thinker with hands‑on execution ability.
- Strong organisational skills and focus on results.
