GTM Ops Lead

About the role

Mnml is seeking a GTM Ops Lead to design, build, and run a complete go‑to‑market engine for a US‑based insurance compliance client. The role blends strategic planning with hands‑on execution, overseeing inbound, outbound, paid, network and channel motions.

Key responsibilities

• Design and activate a 12‑month multi‑motion GTM plan covering inbound, outbound, paid and channel strategies.
• Build and manage lead sourcing and enrichment workflows using Apollo, Clay, Sales Navigator and ZeroBounce.
• Set up, monitor and optimise cold‑email infrastructure (domains, warm‑up, deliverability, sequences) with tools such as Instantly or Smartlead.
• Develop and maintain CRM and pipeline infrastructure (GoHighLevel preferred, HubSpot alternative), including lead routing, scoring and lifecycle automation.
• Run paid acquisition campaigns on LinkedIn Ads, Meta Ads and Google Ads with custom audience and retargeting strategies.
• Collaborate with SEO and content specialists to produce inbound assets that convert.
• Create signal‑based outbound workflows (intent, hiring, market events) and operationalise them across email and LinkedIn.
• Lead GTM specialist resources, brief them, review output and ensure pipeline targets are met.
• Leverage AI tools daily to enrich, personalise and automate funnel steps.

Required profile

• Proven experience designing and executing end‑to‑end revenue engines across multiple channels.
• Hands‑on expertise with lead enrichment, cold‑email systems and CRM automation.
• Ability to switch between high‑level strategy and detailed tactical debugging within the same week.
• Strong analytical mindset for making trade‑off decisions when resources shift.
