Naeem Hospital, located in the Punjab Cooperative Housing Society near DHA Lahore, is looking for an experienced and dynamic Head of Accounts & Finance to lead its finance function as the organization continues its growth trajectory.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee accounting systems and ensure robust financial management.
• Lead and develop the finance team, fostering effective collaboration.
• Implement and manage ERP solutions to streamline financial processes.
• Prepare and present analytical financial reports for senior leadership.
• Collaborate closely with the CEO to support strategic decision‑making.

Required profile

• Proven experience in a similar leadership role with team management responsibilities.
• Strong analytical mindset and ability to produce high‑quality financial reporting.
• Experience working directly with senior executives, especially the CEO, is an advantage.

Required skills

• Strong knowledge of accounting systems and financial management.
• Hands‑on experience with ERP implementation and management.
