Head of Finance – Build & Lead Finance Function

About the role

Influtik is seeking its first Head of Finance to build the finance function from scratch, ensure full UK compliance and shape financial strategy for a fast‑growing TikTok music marketing agency.

Key responsibilities

• Manage invoicing, accounts payable/receivable, credit control and multi‑currency payments.
• Build rolling cash‑flow forecasts, FX exposure tracking and monthly management accounts.
• Prepare UK statutory accounts, corporation tax computations (CT600) and Making Tax Digital VAT returns.
• Oversee payroll, PAYE/RTI, contractor payments and advise on tax efficiency.
• Own annual budgeting, long‑term financial planning and company valuations.
• Set up finance processes, controls, systems and grow the finance team.
• Launch Influtik’s external accountancy and advisory service.

Required profile

• Full ACCA membership (ACCA or FCCA) with UK Taxation paper (TX‑UK) passed.
• 5+ years post‑qualification experience, including 3+ years on UK clients or entities.
• Hands‑on experience preparing UK statutory accounts, CT600s and MTD VAT returns.
• Strong financial modelling and forecasting skills in Excel or Google Sheets.
• Excellent written and spoken English and confidence dealing with HMRC.

Required skills

• ACCA qualification.
• Experience with Xero, FreeAgent or QuickBooks Online.
• Advanced Excel / Google Sheets modelling.
