Head of Operations & Finance (Remote, Pakistan or Philippines)

About the role

Tokverse is a top-30 official TikTok Shop partner agency that relaunches established US brands on TikTok Shop and runs their affiliate, content and ads engines. Its team works across Pakistan and the Philippines serving US clients. It is looking for a Head of Operations & Finance who turns how the company works into written systems and keeps the financial side clean and on time. This is a builder's role.

Key responsibilities

• Write and maintain SOPs for daily tasks and project work across sales, marketing, operations and technical teams, in ClickUp and Basecamp
• Run monthly client invoicing and team payroll on schedule, with a clean reconciliation each month
• Draft, track and renew client contracts, vendor agreements and team contracts
• Build and run the HR framework: onboarding, reviews, leave and exits
• Keep accounts organised in Google Sheets and hand clean numbers to the CEO and accountant
• Own the operating calendar: what happens weekly, monthly and quarterly and who does it

Required profile

• 3 or more years in operations, finance operations or business management, ideally in an agency or services business
• Proof that you have written SOPs that others actually followed
• Hands-on experience running invoicing and payroll for a team of 10 or more
• Clear written English, reliable internet, your own laptop and 4+ hours of overlap with US Central time
• Nice to have: TikTok Shop, Amazon or ecommerce agency background, cross-border payroll or contractor payment experience, basic bookkeeping (QuickBooks or similar)

Required skills

• Slack, ClickUp, GoHighLevel, Basecamp and Google Sheets (or able to reach them in two weeks)
• Ability to write a contract for a US client without a second pair of eyes
