Head of People & Talent

About the role

SwiftNine is looking for a commercial‑minded People leader who can rebuild its HR function and create a high‑speed talent engine. As Head of People & Talent you will own People, Talent Acquisition, organisational development, performance standards and HR operations across the entire Group, driving the company toward a 1,000‑plus high‑performing workforce.

Key responsibilities

• Design and execute a three‑year workforce plan for every SwiftNine business unit, translating growth goals into quarterly hiring targets and preventing uncontrolled headcount.
• Develop a rapid talent acquisition engine that builds candidate pipelines, delivers qualified shortlists within 48 hours and produces offers in 3‑4 days for high‑volume roles.
• Audit and restructure the existing People function, defining clear ownership across Talent Acquisition, People Operations and Employee Relations, and implement scalable onboarding, off‑boarding and HRIS/ATS solutions.
• Introduce measurable performance standards, quarterly talent reviews, succession planning and accountability frameworks that foster high performance without fear or politics.

Required profile

• Proven senior HR leadership experience in fast‑growing, high‑velocity environments.
• Commercial acumen with the ability to align people strategy to business objectives.
• Track record of building and scaling talent acquisition engines and organisational structures.
• Strong change‑management skills and a builder mindset.
