Head of Technology Architecture

About the role

INEXOR Artificial Intelligence is looking for a visionary Head of Technology Architecture to define and drive the technical direction of its AI‑powered platforms, including the flagship WealthNX solution. You will ensure that every product is scalable, secure, resilient, and aligned with the company’s long‑term strategy.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain the overall technology architecture strategy for the company.
• Define architectural standards, technology frameworks, and engineering best practices.
• Lead the design of scalable web, mobile, cloud, and enterprise applications.
• Drive architectural decisions for WealthNX and future AI‑powered products.
• Design secure, high‑performance systems capable of supporting enterprise‑scale workloads.
• Architect API ecosystems, distributed services, and cloud‑native platforms.
• Collaborate with AI teams to integrate intelligent automation, predictive analytics, recommendation engines, and generative AI capabilities.
• Oversee enterprise integrations with financial institutions, payment providers, identity verification services, and third‑party platforms.
• Support digital transformation initiatives, including ERP integration where required.
• Review technical designs for alignment with architecture standards.
• Guide engineering teams in technology selection, design patterns, and implementation approaches.
• Mentor technical leaders and promote continuous improvement.
• Evaluate emerging technologies and recommend innovations.
• Ensure compliance with security, privacy, scalability, and operational excellence requirements.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related discipline.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in software engineering, solution architecture, enterprise architecture, or platform engineering.
• Proven success designing enterprise‑scale software platforms and distributed systems.
