Health and Safety Executive – HSE Management

About the role

We are seeking a Health and Safety Executive to join our Human Resources team in Lahore. The role will ensure that all HSE management systems are implemented, monitored and continuously improved across CCI Pakistan operations.

Key responsibilities

• Implement and maintain HSE management systems in line with CCI and TCCC requirements.
• Conduct risk assessments, update them periodically and apply appropriate controls to eliminate hazards.
• Lead HSE projects and cultural programmes such as Hand in Hand 2.0, surveys and action plans, tracking progress and reporting to management.
• Provide technical support to plant departments on safety, health and environmental regulatory compliance.
• Manage fire‑prevention measures, fire‑fighting equipment, fire crews and conduct fire drills.
• Participate in Occupational Health, Safety and Environment committee meetings and communicate findings.
• Investigate accidents, near‑misses and occupational illnesses, prepare trend analyses and follow‑up action plans.
• Develop and deliver EOSH training programmes for plant personnel.

Required profile

• Master’s degree in Environment or a Bachelor of Engineering (Mechanical, Chemical, Civil or Environmental).
• Minimum NEBOSH IGC certification.
• Proven experience in implementing HSE systems and conducting risk assessments.
• Strong analytical and reporting skills.

Required skills

• NEBOSH IGC certification.
• Knowledge of HSE regulatory standards and risk assessment methodologies.
