Health Representative – Field Sales (Karachi)

About the role

The Health Representative will work in the field, presenting Pfizer’s anti‑infective products to doctors, hospitals and pharmacies across an assigned territory in Karachi. The role focuses on building product knowledge, increasing prescriptions, and maintaining accurate call records.

Key responsibilities

• Make professional, skillful presentations to targeted doctors and health‑care professionals.
• Prepare and maintain doctors/chemists contact lists and call records.
• Develop weekly and monthly call plans and submit them for approval.
• Submit call reports on prescribed forms according to schedule.
• Arrange product group meetings to discuss one or two products in detail.
• Collect and report competitive promotional activities and market intelligence.
• Coordinate with distributors to ensure product stock availability at retail outlets.
• Forward technical queries from doctors to the Medical Division.
• Maintain proper dressing, detailing kit, vehicle, and submit expenses and leave plans on time.

Required profile

• Science graduate, preferably with a Pharmacy background.
• 1–2 years of experience in pharmaceutical sales.
