Healthcare Product Specialist - Marketing & Strategy

About the role

AM Distributors is seeking a Healthcare Product Specialist with a strong marketing background to drive product strategy and lifecycle management across its healthcare and pharmaceutical portfolio. The role focuses on translating market insights into actionable product plans and supporting cross‑functional teams to launch and optimise offerings.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the full product lifecycle from concept through launch and post‑launch evaluation.
• Conduct detailed competitive analysis to identify market opportunities and threats.
• Perform customer needs assessments to tailor product features and benefits.
• Collaborate with sales, marketing, regulatory, and supply‑chain teams to ensure seamless product development and delivery.
• Develop and maintain product roadmaps aligned with AM Distributors’ strategic objectives.
• Use data‑driven decision‑making to prioritize initiatives and product optimisations.
• Engage regularly with key stakeholders to gather feedback, address concerns, and communicate product performance.
• Monitor industry trends in healthcare and pharmaceuticals to keep the portfolio competitive.
• Support marketing campaigns and educational initiatives with product insights and technical knowledge.
• Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies throughout the product lifecycle.

Required profile

• MBA in Marketing or a related field.
• Pharm D or comparable healthcare degree from a recognised institution.
• Minimum three years of experience in product management, marketing, or strategy within the healthcare or pharmaceutical sector.
• Strong analytical abilities and stakeholder‑management skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively across functions without direct team‑management responsibilities.
