HighLevel Automation & Integrations Specialist

About the role

A women-owned marketing agency built on the HighLevel (GoHighLevel) platform is looking for a HighLevel Automation and Integrations Specialist for its operations team. The agency manages a growing portfolio of client sub-accounts across real estate, mortgage, home services and moving companies. The role is technical and involves turning business goals into buildable systems, working directly with the Director of Operations and a Philippines-based delivery team.

Key responsibilities

• Translate business processes into triggers, conditions, branches, actions, data needs and integrations, then write a clear technical specification and build plan.
• Build workflows, funnels, forms, calendars and integrations in HighLevel and connected platforms, and document them so the delivery team can maintain them.
• Plan testing, error handling, monitoring and handoff, and recommend the simplest reliable solution.

Required profile

• At least 2 years of hands-on HighLevel experience at the agency level.
• Ability to turn business processes into technical build plans, not just execute tasks.
• Strong written and spoken English, and experience documenting integrations and automations clearly.
• Full-time availability during US Mountain (Arizona) business hours, with an overnight schedule in the Philippines.
• Reliable high-speed internet and a quiet home workspace.

Required skills

• HighLevel / GoHighLevel, LeadConnector, Zapier and Make (Integromat)
• REST APIs, webhooks, JSON, OAuth, and the HighLevel / LeadConnector API v2
• Python and/or Node.js, and Google Sheets / Drive and Asana APIs
• DNS fundamentals, SPF/DKIM/DMARC, and Mailgun or similar sending services
• Tools used daily: HighLevel, Zapier, Claude, ChatGPT, Google Sheets, Google Docs, Smartsheet, Asana, Slack, Canva

Preferred: prior agency or real estate/mortgage experience, HighLevel certification, Follow Up Boss or other CRM experience, basic HTML/CSS.
