About the role

The Front Office Executive is the first point of contact for guests at Grand Islamabad Hotel, ensuring a warm welcome and smooth check‑in/out experience. The role demands strong communication, a customer‑focused mindset, and the ability to handle reservations, inquiries, and complaints efficiently.

Key responsibilities

• Greet and welcome guests, creating a positive first impression.
• Manage guest check‑in, check‑out, and reservation processes accurately.
• Address guest inquiries and complaints courteously, ensuring timely resolution.
• Maintain accurate guest records using CRM and document management systems.
• Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and other departments to fulfill guest requests.
• Monitor reservation systems to optimise room availability and occupancy.
• Keep the reception area professional, organised, and inviting.
• Assist in preparing reports on front office activities and guest feedback.

Required profile

• Minimum five years of experience in front office or customer‑service environments.
• Excellent communication and multitasking abilities.
• Proactive, able to work independently without team‑management responsibilities.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining hotel standards.

Required skills

• Proficiency with CRM software.
• Experience using document management systems.
