Hotel Manager (IT‑Skilled / Front‑Of‑House Experience)

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Hotel Manager to lead day‑to‑day operations at our Lahore property. The role combines front‑of‑house leadership with strong IT competence to ensure smooth guest experiences and efficient back‑office processes.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee all hotel departments including front desk, housekeeping, food & beverage and guest services.
• Handle in‑person client interactions such as check‑ins, walk‑ins, bookings, complaints and inquiries.
• Operate, maintain and troubleshoot hotel management software, online booking platforms, POS systems and basic IT infrastructure.
• Maintain service quality, cleanliness standards and overall guest satisfaction.
• Supervise, train, schedule and coordinate staff to guarantee seamless operations.
• Monitor budgets, occupancy rates and revenue; prepare regular operational reports.

Required profile

• Proven experience in hotel or hospitality management, preferably with front‑of‑house exposure.
• Strong communication, decision‑making and multitasking abilities.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.

Required skills

• Hotel Management Software (PMS) – e.g., Opera, eZee, Cloudbeds.
• Online booking platforms – Booking.com, Airbnb, Expedia.
• POS systems and channel manager handling.
• Basic IT troubleshooting.
• MS Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and digital email communication.
