About the role
Planet Overseas is hiring a full-time Hotel Manager. The manager oversees daily hotel operations, manages staff and budgets, and drives bookings and guest satisfaction.
Key responsibilities
- Oversee daily hotel operations and ensure high standards of customer service.
- Manage hotel staff, budget and resources to maximise efficiency and profitability.
- Implement marketing strategies to increase bookings and brand reputation.
- Monitor guest satisfaction, handle complaints and ensure excellent guest experiences.
- Maintain compliance with health, safety and industry regulations.
Required profile
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in hotel management.
- Strong leadership, financial and operational management skills.
- Experience handling international guests and delivering excellent customer service.
Required skills
- Knowledge of hotel management software and online booking platforms.
