Housekeeping Officer – Hospitality Operations

About the role

We are seeking a proactive Housekeeping Officer to lead our housekeeping team and ensure the highest standards of cleanliness across guest rooms and public areas. The role combines supervision, scheduling, and guest‑service focus within a dynamic hospitality environment.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate all housekeeping activities.
• Maintain cleanliness and upkeep of guest rooms and public spaces.
• Develop and implement housekeeping schedules and checklists.
• Train, guide and manage a team of housekeeping staff.
• Monitor inventory levels of cleaning supplies and equipment.
• Conduct regular inspections to ensure compliance with health and safety standards.
• Address and resolve guest complaints related to housekeeping services.
• Collaborate with other departments to enhance overall guest satisfaction.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a Housekeeping Officer or similar role in hospitality.
• Strong leadership and team‑management abilities.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
• Attention to detail with a commitment to quality.
• Flexibility to work weekends and holidays.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
