HR Automations & Operations Specialist

About the role

Petra Brands is seeking a tech‑savvy HR Automations & Operations Specialist to modernise its HR processes. You will combine solid HR operational knowledge with low‑code automation and generative AI to streamline onboarding, off‑boarding, leave tracking, performance reviews and more.

Key responsibilities

• Audit existing HR workflows and design end‑to‑end automated solutions.
• Build multi‑step workflows that connect HR systems with communication and productivity tools.
• Leverage AI models such as Claude and ChatGPT to generate HR copy, answer policy questions and automate candidate outreach.
• Set up triggers, webhooks and data synchronisations to minimise manual data entry.
• Execute day‑to‑day HR operations: attendance monitoring, leave management, onboarding logistics and employee query resolution.
• Maintain employee master data across all platforms and produce weekly/monthly HR metrics dashboards.
• Administer HRIS and automation tools, ensuring data privacy, proper permissions and smooth API integrations with IT.

Required profile

• 2‑4 years of experience blending HR operations with process automation.
• Hands‑on expertise with no‑code/low‑code automation platforms.
• Familiarity with prompt engineering and AI‑driven documentation.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently in a fast‑paced consumer‑products environment.
