HR Business Partner (AM/DM)

About the role

The organization is seeking an experienced HR Business Partner (AM/DM) to lead talent acquisition, employee relations and HR operations in Karachi. You will act as a strategic partner to business leaders, ensuring HR initiatives align with workforce planning and organizational goals.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end talent acquisition and recruitment processes.
• Partner with business leaders to support workforce planning and organizational objectives.
• Handle employee relations, grievances, and disciplinary matters.
• Maintain employee records, HR data, and reporting.
• Drive employee engagement and retention initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and HR best practices.
• Support performance management and employee development programs.
• Provide HR advisory support to stakeholders and employees.

Required profile

• Minimum 5–6 years of experience in HR Business Partnering, Talent Acquisition, Employee Relations, and HR Operations.
• Bachelor’s degree from a reputable university; MBA preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal, stakeholder management, decision‑making and problem‑solving abilities.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Experience in a fast‑paced, dynamic environment is a plus.
