About the role
The HR Executive will support Nayatel’s talent acquisition and employee services functions in Lahore. You will be responsible for sourcing candidates, coordinating interviews, and assisting with onboarding while also managing support staff and administrative tasks.
Key responsibilities
- Proactively source candidates via job portals, social media, professional networks and referrals.
- Screen resumes, conduct phone interviews and assess candidate fit for open positions.
- Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
- Prepare offer letters, appointment letters and employment contracts; oversee pre‑employment checks and onboarding.
- Supervise support staff, monitor attendance, allocate work and provide training as needed.
- Develop employer branding initiatives to attract top talent in Lahore’s competitive market.
- Assist the Admin Head with vehicle fleet management, fuel records and routine maintenance.
- Manage petty‑cash transactions, maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with financial policies.
Required profile
- BBA/MBA in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field.
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Strong attention to detail and data accuracy.
Required skills
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
