HR Executive

About the role

The HR Executive will support daily human‑resources functions at Nayatel’s DHA II office in Rawalpindi. This entry‑level position is ideal for fresh graduates looking to start a career in HR.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in day‑to‑day HR operations, including hiring, onboarding and payroll support.
• Maintain organized records of employee data, attendance and leave management.
• Address employee queries regarding policies, benefits and procedures.
• Coordinate training sessions, meetings and employee‑engagement activities.
• Process employee claims, allowances and other benefits in line with company policies.
• Ensure compliance with HR policies and keep documentation up to date.
• Support the Admin Head with vehicle fleet management, fuel records and routine maintenance.
• Manage petty cash, record all transactions accurately and ensure proper documentation for reimbursements.

Required profile

• Minimum 16 years of education with at least 60 % marks in Matric/Intermediate.
• 0–1 year of relevant experience; fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Willingness to work from Nayatel’s DHA II office in Rawalpindi.
