Manager People Operations

About the role

The Manager People Operations will lead the transformation and governance agenda for a fast‑growing engineering workforce of over 750 employees. You will own HR digitisation, policy compliance, employee relations and off‑boarding while providing analytics that shape executive decisions.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop and roll out HRIS/ERP modules (onboarding, probation, exit) in partnership with the software team.
• Maintain audit‑ready employee records and ensure consistent documentation across the employee lifecycle.
• Operationalise HR policies, monitor compliance, and drive corrective actions.
• Design, administer and analyse engagement and pulse surveys; translate insights into actionable recommendations.
• Prepare leadership pulse reports and executive‑grade dashboards on workforce sentiment and attrition.
• Manage grievance, disciplinary and off‑boarding processes with confidentiality and legal compliance.
• Build and maintain dashboards tracking resignations, terminations, headcount movement and quality‑of‑hire metrics.

Required profile

• Master’s degree in HRM, Business Administration or related field; SHRM‑CP or CIPD preferred.
• 10+ years progressive HR experience, including 3+ years managing HR operations or analytics in a 500+ headcount organization.
• Proven experience with HRIS/ERP implementation and policy compliance frameworks.
• Working knowledge of Pakistani labour laws; familiarity with ISO/IEC 27001 people controls is a plus.
