HR Executive – Learning & Development

About the role

We are seeking an HR Executive to lead our Learning & Development function. In this role you will design, deliver and evaluate training programs that support employee growth and align with organizational objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement employee learning and development programs.
• Identify training needs through performance reviews, competency assessments, and departmental feedback.
• Prepare annual and monthly training calendars and coordinate training sessions.
• Coordinate with internal trainers and external training providers.
• Manage employee training records, attendance, evaluations, and training effectiveness.
• Support onboarding and induction programs for new employees.
• Develop training materials, presentations, and learning resources.
• Monitor training budgets and coordinate with training vendors.
• Conduct post‑training evaluations and prepare training reports and dashboards.
• Support career development, succession planning, and employee engagement initiatives.
• Maintain accurate L&D data in the HR system and ensure timely reporting.
• Assist in developing competency frameworks and Individual Development Plans (IDPs).

Required profile

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in HR, Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
• 2–4 years of relevant experience in HR, Learning & Development, or Training.
• Strong communication, coordination, presentation, and interpersonal abilities.
• Good command of MS Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
• Strong organizational and analytical skills.
• Experience with HRIS/LMS or digital learning platforms is an advantage.
